It was 1986 when Andy Fraser traveled to Scotland to set up the first small group journeys of Fraser Connection Tours. After many years as a journalist, writer and editor, Andy wanted to take small groups of people with him to see the places he loved and cared about rather than just writing about these places.
From the beginning, his idea was to keep the groups small, not to rush, and to take time to 'feel' and understand the places visited - a personal exploration. That concept has been the cornerstone of Fraser Connection Tours from the beginning.

Andy's wife, Beverley, is a former Wardair flight attendant and has lived in various countries around the world including Britain, Antigua, California, Hong Kong and various parts of Canada.
Together, they escort & organize every small group journey to Scotland, Ireland, and Europe. They choose the route, personaly visit and select the hotels, determine what visits to make and special events to include. And when you call the company, you'll be talking to either Andy or Bev (except when they're on the road when Andy's daughter Heather runs the show).
The year 2010 marks the 24th year of these very special escorted small group relaxed pace tours designed for the traveler who wants the time and leisure to explore and understand these unique lands and people. In today's world we believe it even more important to enrich ourselves with the cultures, values, and the people of other lands. We invite you to journey with us and discover our fascinating world.
Small is Good
We are not a big company - by design. We prefer to know you as a person and not a booking number. And with only 20 guests maximum, getting to know each other is easy. Andy & Bev Fraser, who own the company, escort every journey.

From the first contact we are at your disposal. We want your small group trip to be a wonderful experience with no worries or concerns. No matter what questions you may have, we will answer them. We believe that we are the finest, most personal, quality coach tour company anywhere! Where else do you get two guides who are also the owners, as well as a driver on every journey? Where else do you have small group tours with two and three nights in each location which can range from a chateau or castle to some of the finests small hotels of the world? We invite comparison.
Who are our guests?
Over the years we have had guests from across Canada and the United States, from South America, Bermuda, Europe and the British Isles. They come with a wide range of ages and interests. We have people still working, early retireds and 'late' retireds. We have had a number bring their grand children and their children. And we have many singles who return with us because of the small numbers, the enjoyment of their fellow guests and the care they receive.
